Below is a proposed project schedule for Phase 1.

Cost Analysis

Based on the proposed schedule above, the estimated cost of the first phase of this program is three million dollars.

This cost is to include labor for modeling and simulation of transmitter, receiver and communications links, as well as risk management and hardware design. Furthermore, interface descriptions and spacecraft integration assessments will be completed once a spacecraft is selected for hosting the proposed system.
