Problem Statement
Springularizon is in need of updating its propagation models and is interested in hiring a consultant company to create these models for them. A competition is being held at Georgia Tech to find the best models.

Specifications
Measurements of data taken around Georgia Tech from four base stations have been provided. This information is to be used to train and test the prediction models. There are no limits to the resources that are available in creating the propagation models. Click the image below for the locations of the measurements that were taken.

Requirements
The predictions of the power received from four unknown base stations are required to be calculated as well as documentation of the process that was used to predict this information.

Benefits to Society

The benefits of creating a very accurate model of received power is very critical to the success of a company responsible for the base transmitter and society itself.

A good model should ensure that regions of power below the cutoff power of reliable data transmission are accounted for. If a person is in an important phone call that may mean the difference between life and death, it is very important that this phone call does not get dropped. If a person's calls get dropped enough times, he or she will surely move to a different hosting company.

Emergency services, such as 911, often use the power received from a cell phone to back-solve the location of the victim. An accurate model is once again very important for this process to be successful.
