The Van Allen Company - Orbit Design
[1] Satellite Communications, 2nd editions, Pratt, Bostian, and Allnutt. Wiley, 2003.

Each SSP constellation consists of 10 satellites in a circle 1km in diameter. The constellation circles the Earth in a LEO orbit 1500km above sea level with 0 degrees inclination [1]. There will be one constellation launched per rectenna site. As the constellation flies over a rectenna site, it will link up and deliver power. Before it loses view of the constellation, the next SSP constellation will come into the rectenna site’s view, and the rectenna will start receiving power from the next constellation the same time the previous constellation disconnects and links up with the next rectenna site.
