Budget

Due to the similar scientific objective between our mission and the Mars Geophysical Network mission proposed by NASA, the MGN served as the basis for our proposed budget [1].

Given the specificities of our project, a budget of $719 million real year dollars has been proposed. This provides for an estimated 2.9% inflation rate. Further saving can be obtained by using some of the existing technologies and resources at NASA. Those saving could reduce the cost to an estimated $660 million real year dollars.
