Evan is a graduate student in the School of Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech. He developed the power subsystem, launch vehicle selection, and timeline and budget development.

Andris is a graduate student in the School of Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. He designed the constellation and its deployment scheme, selected the imaging payload components, and developed the day-in-the-life simulation.
