The restriction for designing the pulse is that digital PAM chip sets are incapable of generating
pulses with a large time supportmore therefore in order to get cheap receivers/transmitters, the
time pulse is limited to 4Tb.
A Root Raised Cosine shape is used:

To best fit the frequency band [2:110GHz-2:210GHz], the following parameters are required:
- Maximum frequency: 10MHz
- k: 0.93
- Carrier frequency: 2.16GHz
