About Google Lunar X Prize

X-Prize tasks

Soft land a craft on the lunar surface
Roam for no less than 500 meters
Transmit 360° photography to Earth
Transmit rover self-portraits to Earth
Transmit near-real time HD video to Earth
Transmit cached data to Earth (~e-mail)
Extra

Roam upwards of 5km
Image Apollo/Surveyor/Ranger or other historical artifacts
Survive a lunar night (~14.5 days)
