VagaLune will use the Falcon 1e rocket from Space X Corp and will launch its lunar payload from the Ronald Reagan Test Site (RRTS) on Omelek Island of the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands (N 9.04817° E 167.74308°). Space X also uses launch facilities at Vandenburg AFB in California and at Cape Canaveral, FL, but VagaLune will benefit from the RRTS facility because of its proximity to the equator. (The launch location allows a heavier payload).
