* Financial Charges include the payments for paying back the initial financing (Principal and Interest). @ 4% for 3 years with deffered payments (1 year) and no prepayment penalty.
** Contigencies does not include an unusual high inflation rate, price hike or any other condition that can qualify for "Force Majeure" clause.
- For details on Parts and their specs. All costs indicated include inbound shipment charges.
- Two research scientists and two research assistants will be hired for system integration, and the Mechanical/Material/Aerospace element of the project. Their payments would cease 7 days after launch. Their contract would expire with the succesful completion of project.
- Technicians and skilled labour will be hired on need to need basis on contractual terms.
- Consulatacy services of Prof. Durgin were utilized whenever needed.
- Building along with furniture will be rented for the duration of project. Only one portion would be retained after launch, till the completion of project.
- It includes Electricity, Phone, Water and Gas charges.
- All necessarry items required for office paper work and technical documentation.
- Includes costs of visits to the launch site and collaboration trips.
- Salaries of Vagalune Sarl Team members and other management staff included.
- These computers include machines fulfilling the data processing and word processing requirements.
- In case of a complete failure, insurance would cover total cost (Initial Financing plus any accrued financial charges). Incase project does not qualify for first prize but qualifies for the next prize, insurance would cover half the amount of project cost plus financial charges. (Insurance for the whole project and Initial Financing worth $20000000 plus any accrued financial charges).
